Snow Day

If it wasn't already enough having 1ft of snow on the ground today it keeps spitting snow every now and again. Figured it was a great day to finish up one of my projects. So here I will tell you how I did it! I made (well transformed) a cheap serving tray into something more fun!

You will need:
Bottle Caps
Serving Tray
Ultra Gloss Epoxy

Here's the tray I was able to pick up for $1.00

First I took my airbrush and painted it 

And my bottle caps. (I recommend if you can use spray paint will cover a lot faster!)

Here's the super gloss epoxy I used.

Then I randomly put the bottle caps in the tray until I was happy with the pattern (Or lack of) 

Mix epoxy as directed and pour over. (I recommend that if you are going to do this to first glue the caps down I had issues with the caps floating up) And let sit and cure as needed. Mine is still curing but looks like it will be a great gift! All for little cost.
