This was my first quilt that i made for my son. It isn't perfect but works great for his little play mat.
This was my 2nd well third quilting project, my dad loves when I get new hobbies he just can't resist giving me a challenge (King Size) but I cant turn one down. :) Maybe one day I'll learn my lesson.
After the challenge I got hooked on rag quilts because they are so easy and fun! I will post a tutorial on these soon!
This was another rag quilt made to get rid of some stash fabric and some of those old PJ pants. They worked great!
This one I made for my Aunt She loves deep greens.
And now I would like to show you some of my rag rugs. I fell absolutely in love with making these! The best part is it is very pocket friendly! You can use T shirts or bed sheets. And you can totally design your own!
My baby loves these! I cant seem to get him off them or to quit rolling them up once I make them.
So I must admit a lot of my fabric comes from the remnant bin or garage sales. I also get lucky form time to time and find some cheaply listed online. Sometimes thought I get stuck with some odd textured fabric and this is a great project for those types of things, or those odd colors.
So hopefully I inspired you somewhat and your mind is running in circles thinking about your next project like mine!
